Nh Venezia Santa Lucia Hotel - Venice

I was very happy with the reasonably well appointed room, that was complete with the bathroom, a great closet space and the biggest most comfortable bed.

Competent staff, had brilliant stay!!!

We were there for 4 days, everything was fine, greatly enjoyed its prime location very close to nearby the bridge across the Canal, which leads to the alternative path to Rialto and San Marco, Venice for a city break to celebrate a birthday, and most tourist areas and eateries.

Whole place was fairly clean with great views; magnificent location near the station. The room was reasonably well appointed and we loved the stay. Location: the hotel was short walk to ferries going in both directions and the Grand Canal in Venice and the Rialto Bridge.

The location is superb, just a short walk from the train station and right on the Grand Canal. Impeccably clean and stylishly furnished, the room was small but very comfortable, with a surprisingly spacious bathroom. Although the breakfast was quite pricey, the variety offered was good and paired well with delicious coffee. Expect some noise from outside, particularly during the day, which might be disruptive for light sleepers. The helpful and friendly staff enhanced the experience.

The location of the hotel is top. Slept very peacefully. Great view from the roof terrace.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very central, vaporetto station at the front door! The room was in a very quiet location. The mattresses are of very good quality.

Old, very slim waiter at the breakfast service was very grumpy. The other staff at the reception were also very friendly! The fried eggs at breakfast looked bad cooked. Absolutely not a luxury hotel corresponds to a thin, cheap plastic cup as a toothbrush cup.

Perfect location for Venice fun

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is super close to the train station, made our arrival and departure easy with our bags. Plus, breakfast was tasty, especially the fresh bread! One catch was that the hot food options were pretty lacking-had cold potatoes for breakfast, kinda odd.

Good location directly at the train station and the Vapretto stops.

Windows into the courtyard and no good coffee for breakfast.

Understanding the high cost of a visit to this city,the location made it perfect and enabled us to experience all we had hoped for in a limited time.

The location was the highlight of my stay! Just a stone's throw from the train station. The room was a bit small, but comfortable.

No internet connection, good breakfast but terrible coffee and juice...

The location was excellent being beside the railway station and the e rooms were spotless with a nice fragrance. the staff were very friendly at reception.

The breakfast was mediocre , nothing special.there was no air conditioning .Had a insect in room all night after leaving window open.

Location is ideal, right near the main train station and Piazzale Roma Main Bus Station. Also close to the cruise ship port.

A bit pricey, but the complementary breakfast was very good and the rooms were very nice.

Staff was really friendly and service was excellent. We were upgraded to a bigger room with a better view at no extra charges. Location is extremely convenient, right next to railway station.
